Whilst we are unable to come together collectively, in a physical space to practice together, I am offering a live streamed Zoom class every Monday evening at 8pm.

The live streamed sessions are provided on a ‘pay what you can’ basis with the hope that your yoga practice may continue to support you in these challenging times. If you are able to make a monetary contribution then know that it is greatly appreciated. All contributions will enable me to continue to carry out the work that I love and the service that I offer.
In addition I have added some pre-recorded content to the Leanne Dagger Yoga YouTube channel. Here you can find some free short sessions, physical asana practice and recorded meditations.
