For those who like to practice and work with their own schedule I offer private yoga tuition. These sessions support individuals to further explore the foundations of movement and asana and develop a considered personal practice.
Bespoke packages are designed to support individual practice, whether you are seeking a more focused physical asana or meditation practice, incorporating yoga into a busy lifestyle, looking for a more personalised pregnancy or post natal yoga programme or are a complete beginner and would like to practice at your own pace.
Personal plans are available to meet the needs and schedules of clients. Sessions can be booked in either single or block packages, ranging from one-off workshop styles sessions focussing upon specific asana postures, to courses and programmes for all levels and preferences.
